  • I liked that it is Cabernet - organic and from the PAPAIOANNOU Estate. There are no negative comments about this wine.-

Perhaps the best Cabernet Sauvignon in this price category in our country. When consumed under the proper conditions (aeration for at least 45 minutes in a suitable decanter with a wide base and served at a temperature of 16 - 18 degrees, it has a round taste with nice, soft tannins, very subtle notes of smoked wood, and a lingering aftertaste. It clearly refers to several much more expensive wines of this variety. I wholeheartedly recommend it to Cabernet Sauvignon lovers. My review concerns bottles from 2016.

There are no wines on the market that offer better value for money than Papaiōannou wines.
