Description & Specifications

The non-stick General Trade baking tin is made of steel, ensuring even heat distribution in the utensil for better results. The internal side walls are polygonal, giving the bake a unique shape. The non-stick ceramic coating ensures easy removal of the cake, as well as easy cleaning of the utensil after use.

Instructions for Use:

  • Before first use, wash the utensil with warm water, dishwashing liquid, and a soft sponge.
  • Coat the inside of the utensil with oil or butter before each use.
  • Do not overheat the utensil when it is empty.
  • Low or medium temperature is sufficient to achieve the best cooking results. The maximum temperature should not exceed 230°C.
  • Do not fill the utensil more than 2/3 of its capacity to avoid overflow.
  • Allow the utensil to cool and then wash with warm water and dishwashing liquid.
  • Use kitchen tools made only of wood, plastic, or silicone for a longer lifespan of the non-stick coating.
  • Never cut food inside the utensil with sharp tools. Do not use acidic foods (e.g., tomato juice, citrus juice).
  • Avoid substances that stain utensils such as saffron, turmeric, mustard, etc. In any case, staining of the utensil by the above substances is not a defect, does not affect the quality of the utensil, and does not produce toxic or other dangerous substances for the human body.
  • Using parchment paper will extend the life of the utensil and the non-stick coating.
  • Prefer hand washing to ensure a longer lifespan of the utensil.
  • Do not use metal sponges, wire, or harsh cleaners.
  • The non-stick coating complies with the regulation for materials that come into contact with food.
