Made from industrially designed viscoelastic polymer, these insoles are designed to dissipate the impact from heel strikes and help reduce pressure and strain on the ankle, knee, and lower back. They assist in preventing injuries caused by twists and heel strikes on hard surfaces during sporting activities or when standing for extended periods.

Select the insole according to your shoe size and then trim the front side of both insoles with scissors to achieve a proper fit. These heel insoles are suitable for use with sports, casual, or outdoor footwear.

Hand wash with mild soap in warm water. Rinse thoroughly. Place them horizontally on a clean towel to remove excess moisture and allow them to air dry completely before reusing. Avoid direct contact with heat and sunlight.
