Vasilis Papagiannakos is distinguished for the particular zeal and passion he shows for redefining the historic white native variety Savvatiano, which was brutally defamed for many years through poor quality resins. The Savvatiano Palea Klimata comes from vines over 50 years old, non-irrigated with low acreage yields not exceeding 500 kg/acre. It is an excellent example of the new generation Savvatiano.
