The pinnacle of the estate's white wines. A compact and ultra-refined Chardonnay, worth waiting for to develop in the bottle. Harvested during the night when the grapes are at optimal ripeness. After fermentation, the completed wine remains on its lees for six months. Golden-yellow color, complex aroma of tropical fruits (mango, pineapple), honey, and wax with a subtle background of toasted bread. On the palate, it is oily and round, with a sense of sweetness and characteristic freshness in the aftertaste. Pairs well with grilled fish, shellfish, pasta, and a wide range of fatty cheeses.
