    Although the instructions say it is for outdoor use, and after I took it from the balcony and decorated it outside in an uncovered area, the top surface has started to rust.
    I don't know how the paint came off as I was careful with its use (!)
    So, I conclude that it should only be placed somewhere it doesn't get wet!!
