It cleans just fine, I would like to give it 5 stars but I don't understand why it had to act like a compressor. And how is it possible that no one comments on this.
Μια χαρά σκουπίζει, θα ήθελα να της βάλω 5 αστεράκια αλλά δεν καταλαβαίνω γιατί έπρεπε να κάνει σαν κομπρεσέρ. Και πώς γίνεται να μην το σχολιάζει κανείς.
Unfortunately, after 6 months of purchasing it for a small 60 sqm house, the vacuum broke down and I sent it for repair under warranty. After a month and a half, I still haven't received it back, and the representative even suggested that they do a cleaning for a cost of 80 euros to prevent it from happening again because it needs it due to the excessive cleaning it supposedly did. Excessive cleaning in a 60 sqm house with mild usage and no pets. Why should I be charged such an amount when I spent so much money on a vacuum that was supposed to exceed my expectations, which broke down after 6 months because they say I did excessive cleaning in a small house, and now I have been without a vacuum for almost two months because I don't want to spend more money on another vacuum. I wouldn't recommend it; it is very convenient for quick use but not as powerful as a conventional vacuum that I unfortunately replaced.
Δυστυχως μετα απο 6μηνες της αγορας της σε ενα μικρο σπιτι 60τμ η σκουπα χαλασε και την εστειλα εντος εγγυησης για επισκευη. Μετα απο εναμιση μηνα ακομα δεν την εχω παραλαβει πισω και μαλιστα μου προτεινε η αντιπροσωπια να κανουν κ ενα καθαρισμο κοστους 80ευρω για να μη ξανασυμβε γιατι το χρειαζεται λογω του οτι εκανε υπερβολικό καθαρισμα οπως ειπαν. Υπερβολικο καθαρισμα σε ενα σπιτι 60τμ με ηπια χρηση χωρις κατοικιδια .Γιατι να χρεωθω ενα τετοιο ποσο απο τη στιγμη που εδωσα τοσα χρηματα για μια σκουπα που υποτιθεται οτι θα επρεπε να ξεπερνα τις προσδοκιες μου , η οποια χαλασε μετα απο 6μηνες επειδη εκανα λεει υπερβολικο καθαρισμα σε ενα μικρο σπιτακι και εχω μεινει χωρις σκουπα τωρα κοντα δυο μηνες γιατι δεν θελω να δωσω αλλα χρηματα και για μια ακομα σκουπα. Δε θα την προτεινα ειναι πολυ βολικη για γρηγορη χρηση αλλα οχι τοσο δυνατη οσο μια συμβατικη σκουπα που δυστυχως αντικατεστησα.

I have 2 cats and a dog, and I shed hair myself, no matter what. A MA ZING! I previously had a Black & Decker of the same type (stick) which didn't pick up the cat litter well enough, and wherever I placed it, it would leave some on the floor. With this one, I'm super satisfied!!
It is always charged since you have to keep it on its base. It takes up little space and changing the parts is very handy and easy!

Είναι μόνιμα φορτισμένη αφού την έχεις αναγκαστικά στην βάση της. Παίρνει λίγο χώρο και είναι πολύ εύχρηστη και εύκολη η εναλλαγή των κομματιών!
Very good and very convenient. In a house with children and/or pets it is definitely needed. The small brush is just fine while the large one, because it sucks more powerfully, makes use more difficult especially on some carpets because it sticks if they don't have a high pile. I would be completely satisfied if the package included the small brush so you could do sofas etc., the package has a simple one inside that does not have a rotating brush, and a long one for narrow spots, i.e. the classic ones that all vacuums have together. Also, it does not replace the regular vacuum cleaner, but it is more for daily maintenance of the cleanliness of the space
Πολυ καλη και μεγαλη ευκολια. Σε σπιτι με παιδια η/και κατοικιδιο χρειαζεται σιγουρα. Η μικρη σκαλα ειναι μια χαρα ενω η μεγαλη επειδη ρουφαει πιο δυνατα δυσκολευει την χρηση ειδικα σε καποια χαλια γιατι βεντουζαρει εαν δεν εχουν μεγαλο πελος. θα ημουν ακρως ικανοποιημενη εαν η συσκευασια περιειχε και το μικρο βουρτσακι ωστε να κανεις καναπεδες κτλπ, η συσκευασια εχει ενα μεσα απλο που δεν εχει περιστροφενη βουρτα, και ενα μακρυ για στενα σημεια δλδ τα κλασικα που εχουν ολες οι σκουπες μαζι. Επισης δεν αντικαθηστα την κανονικη σκουπα, αλλα ειναι πιο πολυ για καθημερινη συντηριση καθαριοτητας του χωρου
It is very easy to use. At first it seemed heavy to me, but with use you get used to it and learn how to hold it properly. The only negative so far is that, although I cleaned it as the instructions say, it smelled like a wet dog for a long time and now I'm afraid to clean it again. Ειναι πολύ εύχρηστη. Στην αρχή μου φάνηκε βαριά, αλλά με τη χρήση την συνηθίζεις και μαθαίνεις πως να την κρατάς σωστά. Το μόνο αρνητικό μέχρι τώρα είναι ότι, ενώ την καθάρισα όπως αναφέρουν οι οδηγίες, μύριζε για πολύ καιρό σαν βρεγμένος σκύλος και τώρα φοβάμαι να την ξανακαθαρισω. Εκτός από αυτό, έχοντας μικρό μωρό και σκυλάκι, έχει γίνει προέκταση του χεριού μου!
After 15 months of normal use (household, at a frequency of 1-2 uses per week for about 20’ each time) the battery developed a rapid discharge problem. It lasted 1.5’ on high and 4’ on normal.
Note: I have also paid for extended warranty insurance through Skroutz and Allianz.
After contacting Skroutz, they directed me to contact the store. I went to the store and they told me the process is done through Skroutz. After contacting Skroutz again, emphasizing that the battery is broken, the vacuum was handed over to a courier to be sent back to the store for inspection and resolution of the issue.
After about 1 month (during which we were left without a vacuum) I received a message that unfortunately... the battery is broken (as if they didn’t know) and it is not covered as it is out of warranty (which is 12 months)!
In conclusion, if you want to have a vacuum and not waste your money, get something cheaper, because you will need 80-90€ for a battery every 1-2 years...
Also, the additional insurance does not help in such cases (money down the drain).
Μετά από 15 μήνες κανονικής χρήσης (οικιακή, σε συχνότητα 1-2 χρήσεις ανά εβδομάδα για περίπου 20’ κάθε φορά) η μπαταρία παρουσίασε πρόβλημα ταχείας αποφόρτισης. Κρατούσε 1,5’ στο δυνατό και 4’ στο κανονικό.
Σημείωση: Έχω πληρώσει και ασφάλιση επέκτασης εγγύησης μέσω Skroutz και Allianz.
Αφού απευθύνθηκα στο Skroutz με κατεύθυναν να απευθυνθώ στο μαγαζί. Πήγα στο μαγαζί και μου είπε ότι η διαδικασία γίνεται μέσω Skroutz. Αφού απευθύνθηκα ξανά στο Skroutz τονίζοντας ότι είναι χαλασμένη η μπαταρία, έγινε παράδοση της σκούπας σε κούριερ με σκοπό να πάει πίσω στο μαγαζί ώστε να ελεγχθεί και να διορθωθεί το θέμα.
Μετά από 1 περίπου μήνα (που έχουμε μείνει χωρίς σκούπα) μου απεστάλλει μήνυμα ότι δυστυχώς … είναι χαλασμένη η μπαταρία (λες και δεν το ήξεραν) και δεν καλύπτεται καθώς είναι εκτός εγγύησης (που είναι 12 μήνες)!
Συμπερασματικά, αν θέλετε να έχετε σκούπα και να μην ξοδεύετε τα χρήματά σας, πάρτε κάτι πιο φθηνό, γιατί θέλετε και κάθε 1-2 χρόνια 80-90€ για μπαταρία…
Επίσης η πρόσθετη ασφάλιση δεν βοηθάει σε τέτοια δεδομένα (λεφτά στον κουβά).
I have had it since November 2023. In March 2025, while it showed two out of three charging bars as charged, it kept shutting off continuously, resulting in me not being able to vacuum. I sent it to the service of the representative through the store where I bought it. I received it back fine without the store or the representative informing me what the problem was or if they changed the battery. Now, at the end of July 2025, I have exactly the same problem again. Since it is under warranty, I will send it to the service again. It is a hassle, not at all reliable, and the representative's service does not inform or take the customer and the 300 euros they spent into account!!
Την έχω από τον Νοέμβριο του 2023. Τον Μάρτιο του 2025 ενω έδειχνε φορτισμένη τις δύο από τις τρεις γραμμές φόρτισης εκανε συνεχείς διακοπές στην λειτουργία της με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορώ να σκουπίσω. Την έστειλα στο σέρβις της αντιπροσωπειας μέσω του καταστήματος που την αγόρασα. Την παρέλαβα εντάξει χωρίς το κατάστημα και η αντιπροσωπεία να μου αναφέρουν τι πρόβλημα υπήρχε και αν άλλαξαν μπαταρία. Τώρα τέλος Ιουλίου 2025 έχω ξανά το ίδιο πρόβλημα ακριβώς. Εντός εγγύησης θα την στείλω ξανά στο σέρβις. Ταλαιπωρία δεν είναι καθόλου αξιόπιστη και το σέρβις της αντιπροσωπειας δεν ενημερώνει και δεν λαμβάνει υπόψη του τον πελάτη και τα 300 ευρώ που έδωσε!!
Guarantee, you pay a bit more than other brands but it does the job, it sucks like a regular vacuum, lightweight, beautiful.

I have had the vacuum for 3 months. So I think I have a proper opinion. First of all, before I got it, I contacted the official service to see what’s going on. They told me it’s one of the most popular models and that it’s designed to always be plugged in. I asked this mainly because I read reviews that after 2 years the battery is dead. But okay, we’ll see about that.
The vacuum is quite light since I read that it gets heavy on your hand. Not even a lie, it’s all true. That’s not the case, it’s 2.5 kilos. Besides, it’s so user-friendly that you don’t even get tired.
Now, regarding the battery that everyone is concerned about. I had read a lot about that too. Guys, honestly, why do you write what you write? It confuses people. Again, lies.
I have a 120 square meter house. In 10 minutes, or let’s say 15, which is a lot, I do it all perfectly. And in areas where the old one couldn’t go due to the cord. I say again, 10 to a maximum of 15 minutes. Therefore, what many of you say that the battery doesn’t last is NOT TRUE. It’s always plugged in, which means you’ll always have it fully charged. Therefore, it will always be enough to clean the whole house. Especially in smaller houses, you can do it 2-3 times with one charge. I’m always talking on low level. And why do I say this? On high, it indeed lasts about 10 minutes. But it’s not necessary. The technology and construction method are so good that it sucks everything up on low. The service also told me that it’s not needed on high, only in very dirty conditions. I have used it a few times on high, and it does suck better. The materials are quite quality, and I believe that at 300 euros, it’s worth it for all that it offers.
The other thing I read about was the noise. They say it’s unjustifiably noisy. It’s a vacuum, not a mixer to whip coffee. Come on. On high, yes, okay, it makes noise, but not more than the dinosaurs with cords; I can say it’s a bit less. On low, it’s not even worth mentioning. That’s an exaggeration too. Don’t even see it as a problem.
I vacuum for fun 5-6 times a day since I have small kids. So it will free your hands just like it did for me. Now, whether it will last over time, we’ll see. I hope so.

Την σκουπα την εχω 3 μηνες.Οποτε νομιζω οτι εχω μια σωστη αποψη.Καταρχας πριν την παρω επικοινωνησα με το επισημο σερβις να δω τι παιζει.Μου ειπανε οτι ειναι απο τα πιο εμπορικα μοντελα και οτι ειναι φτιαγμενη για να ειναι παντα στην πριζα.Αυτο πιο πολυ το ρωτησα γιατι διαβασα αξιολογησεις οτι στα 2 χρονια η μπαταρια παπαλα.Αλλα οκ το βλεπουμε αυτο.
Η σκουπα ειναι αρκετα ελαφρια μιας και διαβασα οτι σου πιανεται το χερι.Ουτε καν ψεμα ολα.Δεν ισχυει κατι τετοιο 2.5 κιλα.Αλλωστε ειναι τοσο ευχρηστη που δεν προλαβαινεις να κουραστεις.
Τωρα στο θεμα της μπαταριας που καιει ολους.Ειχα διαβασει και εκει παρα πολλα.Ρε παιδια ειλικρινα γιατι γραφετε αυτα που γραφετε? Μπερδευεται κοσμο.Παλι ψεμματα.
Εχω σπιτι 120 μετρα.Σε 10 λεπτα αντε να πω 15 που πολυ λεω το κανω ολο τελεια.Και σε σημεια που δεν πηγαινε η παλια λογω του καλωδιου. Ξαναλεω 10 με max 15 λεπτα.Επομενως, αυτο που λετε πολλοι οτι δεν σας φτανει η μπαταρια ΔΕΝ ΙΣΧΥΕΙ. Ειναι συνεχεια στο ρευμα που σημαινει οτι θα την παιρνεις παντα γεματη.Επομενως παντα μα παντα θα φτανει να κανεις ολο το σπιτι.Ειδικα σε πιο μικρα σπιτια παιζει με ενα γεμισμα να το κανεις 2-3 φορες.Μιλαω παντα στο low επιπεδο.Και γιατι το λεω αυτο.Στο High οντως βγαζει ενα 10 λεπτο.Αλλα δεν χρειαζεται.Ειναι τοσο καλη τεχνολογια ο τροπος κατασκευης της που ρουφαει τα παντα και στο low.Το ιδιο μου ειπανε και στο σερβις οτι δεν χρειαζεται στο δυνατο μονο σε πολυ βρωμια.Το.εχω βαλει μερικες φορες οντως ρουφαει καλυτερα.Τα υλικα κατασκευης αρκετα ποιοτικα και θεωρω οτι στα 300 ευρω αξιζει για ολα αυτα που προσφερει.
Το αλλο που διαβαζα για τον θορυβο.Ειναι λεει αδικαιολογητα θορυβωδης.Σκουπα ειναι δεν πατας το μιξερακι να χτυπησεις καφε.Ημαρτον.Στο High ναι οκ κανει θορυβο οχι βεβαια περισσοτερο απο τους δεινοσαυρους με τα καλωδια μπορω να πω λιγοτερο.Στο Low δεν ειναι καν αξιο να αναφερθει.Υπερβολη και αυτο.Μην το βλεπετε καν σαν προβλημα.
Βαζω σκουπα για πλακα 5-6 φορες την μερα μιας και εχω μικρα παιδια.Οποτε θα σας λυσει τα χερια οπως και εμενα.Τωρα αν θα αντεξει στο χρονο ειδωμεν.Ελπιζω πως ναι.
Ειχα παρει ρομποτ αρκετα καλο , ακριβο εννοω.
Η χειροτερη αγορα της ζωης μου μακρια.Θελω να το κλωτσησω στον καδο.Μου βγαλε την ψυχη και καμια σχεση με την V8.
Η V8 σπερνει.Τα σπαει παιδια σκουπαρα.
Και κατι τελευταιο μπας και σωσω κανα χριστιανο.Οταν θελετε να παρετε κατι η καλυτερη αξιολογηση ειναι βιντεκια στο YouTube.Εγω εκει πειστικα.Καποιες αξιολογησεις εδω μεσα δεν εχουν καμια σχεση με αυτο που κανει οντως η σκουπα.

Καθαρίζει πάρα πολύ γρήγορα και αποτελεσματικά, φτάνει σε όλες τις επιφάνειες και μαζεύει σκόνη που ούτε που φαντάζεσαι ότι έχει ένα σπίτι. Πάρα πολύ καλή και στα χαλιά.
Μέσα σε 10 λεπτά μπορείς να κάνεις ένα πολύ γρήγορο σκούπισμα σε ένα μεσαίο σπίτι.
Πολύ εύκολο και το άδειασμα των σκουπιδιών.
Πολύ εύχρηστη και αρκετά ελαφριά.
Το μόνο πρόβλημα είναι ότι αν τη βάλεις στο turbo η μπαταρία τελειώνει σε 10-12 λεπτά, το οποίο αν έχεις μεγάλο σπίτι είναι λίγο πρόβλημα. Θα πρέπει να περιμένεις τουλάχιστον 3-4 ώρες για να συνεχίσεις με το υπόλοιπο.
Update: Μετά από 1 χρόνο χρήσης, παραμένει το ίδιο αποτελεσματική. Θεωρώ ότι είναι πολύ value for money αγορά, της είχα βάλει 4 αστεράκια λόγω της μπαταρίας, αλλά νομίζω της αξίζουν και 5.

I might want a little better maneuverability in corners, but it's definitely not a negative. The battery lasts, especially if you don't have it on high power. You can comfortably clean a 100 sqm house in 10' (as long as it hasn't been left dirty for months...).
Πολύ δυνατη, εύκολη στη χρήση και οχι όσο βαριά λένε..! Έχει τα βασικά εξαρτήματα και σκουπίζει πολυ καλά χαλιά και πάτωμα. If I could, I would give it 10 stars!! I clean twice with one charge in a 75 square meter house on the simple program. It does such a good job that I personally don't need to set it to max. At first, it may seem a bit heavy, but you get used to it. The only downside is that you have to keep the button pressed. However, there is an accessory on t.....mu for 1 euro that fits into the trigger so you can use it with on/off... Αλλά προσοχή, για να την διατηρήσετε και να μην έχετε προβλήματα θέλει καλό καθάρισμά μία φορά τον μήνα/δίμηνο ! Okay, it's amazing! I really didn't expect to be so satisfied. It's expensive but worth the money. It easily cleans a 100sqm house with the battery life. On low-pile carpets, it has no problem lifting everything! The convenience of not having a cord makes you want to vacuum.

Θα ξεκινήσω με το βάρος της σκούπας η οποία είναι πολύ ελαφριά και αυτό είναι στα συν της, χωρίς καλώδια να τραβάς και ειδικά σε σπίτια μεζονέτες,που αυτοί πραγματικά θα την εκτιμήσουν. Τώρα όσοι γράφουν ότι είναι βαριά κάτι δεν πάει καλά η λόγο ηλικίας η κάτι άλλο,εάν βέβαια είσαι 90 χρονών τότε ναι μπορεί να σου φανεί βαρειά,η εάν υπάρχουν θέματα μυοσκελετικά λόγου θεμάτων υγειας τότε πάλι θα συμφωνήσω , αλλά δεν πιστεύω να έχει βγει η σκούπα του κιλού στην αγορά που να καθαρίζεις το σπίτι σου.
Στο θέμα μπαταρίας αναμενόμενο ότι σε 45 λεπτά πρέπει να προλάβεις να έχεις τελειώσει, φορτίζει σχετικά γρήγορα.
Έχει δύναμη και καθαρίζει και χαλιά shaggy που δεν το περίμενα ότι θα τα καταφέρει αλλά τα καταφέρνει τέλεια,το πλακάκι το έχει για πλάκα οπότε από δύναμη άριστα.
Οι ποιότητα κατασκευής για τα χρήματα που στοιχίζει είναι εκτός πραγματικότητας και δεν δικαιολογείται η υψηλή της τιμή, γενικά από θέμα των πλαστικών που έχει.Γιατί δεν έχει κάτι, πχ μια led οθόνη, η να πεις ότι έχει μια φουτουριστική εμφάνιση, με λαμπάκια, με φώς κάτω για να βλέπεις, όπως έχουν κάποιες άλλες και της πουλάνε πολύ πιο φθηνά. Σε όλα τα υπόλοιπα είναι οκ σούπερ πολύ βολική, ελαφριά και την κουβαλάς όπου θέλεις χωρίς καλώδια κτλ.

I would be completely satisfied if the package included the small brush so you could do sofas etc., the package has a simple one inside that does not have a rotating brush, and a long one for narrow spots, i.e. the classic ones that all vacuums have together. Also, it does not replace the regular vacuum cleaner, but it is more for daily maintenance of the cleanliness of the space
Πολυ καλη και μεγαλη ευκολια. Σε σπιτι με παιδια η/και κατοικιδιο χρειαζεται σιγουρα. Μια χαρά σκουπίζει, θα ήθελα να της βάλω 5 αστεράκια αλλά δεν καταλαβαίνω γιατί έπρεπε να κάνει σαν κομπρεσέρ. Και πώς γίνεται να μην το σχολιάζει κανείς.
Unfortunately, after 6 months of purchasing it for a small 60 sqm house, the vacuum broke down and I sent it for repair under warranty. After a month and a half, I still haven't received it back, and the representative even suggested that they do a cleaning for a cost of 80 euros to prevent it from happening again because it needs it due to the excessive cleaning it supposedly did. Excessive cleaning in a 60 sqm house with mild usage and no pets. Why should I be charged such an amount when I spent so much money on a vacuum that was supposed to exceed my expectations, which broke down after 6 months because they say I did excessive cleaning in a small house, and now I have been without a vacuum for almost two months because I don't want to spend more money on another vacuum. I wouldn't recommend it; it is very convenient for quick use but not as powerful as a conventional vacuum that I unfortunately replaced.
Δυστυχως μετα απο 6μηνες της αγορας της σε ενα μικρο σπιτι 60τμ η σκουπα χαλασε και την εστειλα εντος εγγυησης για επισκευη. Υπερβολικο καθαρισμα σε ενα σπιτι 60τμ με ηπια χρηση χωρις κατοικιδια .Γιατι να χρεωθω ενα τετοιο ποσο απο τη στιγμη που εδωσα τοσα χρηματα για μια σκουπα που υποτιθεται οτι θα επρεπε να ξεπερνα τις προσδοκιες μου , η οποια χαλασε μετα απο 6μηνες επειδη εκανα λεει υπερβολικο καθαρισμα σε ενα μικρο σπιτακι και εχω μεινει χωρις σκουπα τωρα κοντα δυο μηνες γιατι δεν θελω να δωσω αλλα χρηματα και για μια ακομα σκουπα. Πολυ καλη και μεγαλη ευκολια. Σε σπιτι με παιδια η/και κατοικιδιο χρειαζεται σιγουρα. Η μικρη σκαλα ειναι μια χαρα ενω η μεγαλη επειδη ρουφαει πιο δυνατα δυσκολευει την χρηση ειδικα σε καποια χαλια γιατι βεντουζαρει εαν δεν εχουν μεγαλο πελος. θα ημουν ακρως ικανοποιημενη εαν η συσκευασια περιειχε και το μικρο βουρτσακι ωστε να κανεις καναπεδες κτλπ, η συσκευασια εχει ενα μεσα απλο που δεν εχει περιστροφενη βουρτα, και ενα μακρυ για στενα σημεια δλδ τα κλασικα που εχουν ολες οι σκουπες μαζι. Επισης δεν αντικαθηστα την κανονικη σκουπα, αλλα ειναι πιο πολυ για καθημερινη συντηριση καθαριοτητας του χωρου

Ειναι πολύ εύχρηστη. Στην αρχή μου φάνηκε βαριά, αλλά με τη χρήση την συνηθίζεις και μαθαίνεις πως να την κρατάς σωστά. Το μόνο αρνητικό μέχρι τώρα είναι ότι, ενώ την καθάρισα όπως αναφέρουν οι οδηγίες, μύριζε για πολύ καιρό σαν βρεγμένος σκύλος και τώρα φοβάμαι να την ξανακαθαρισω. Εκτός από αυτό, έχοντας μικρό μωρό και σκυλάκι, έχει γίνει προέκταση του χεριού μου!
After 15 months of normal use (household, at a frequency of 1-2 uses per week for about 20’ each time) the battery developed a rapid discharge problem. It lasted 1.5’ on high and 4’ on normal.
Note: I have also paid for extended warranty insurance through Skroutz and Allianz.
After contacting Skroutz, they directed me to contact the store. I went to the store and they told me the process is done through Skroutz. After contacting Skroutz again, emphasizing that the battery is broken, the vacuum was handed over to a courier to be sent back to the store for inspection and resolution of the issue.
After about 1 month (during which we were left without a vacuum) I received a message that unfortunately... the battery is broken (as if they didn’t know) and it is not covered as it is out of warranty (which is 12 months)!
In conclusion, if you want to have a vacuum and not waste your money, get something cheaper, because you will need 80-90€ for a battery every 1-2 years...
Also, the additional insurance does not help in such cases (money down the drain).
Μετά από 15 μήνες κανονικής χρήσης (οικιακή, σε συχνότητα 1-2 χρήσεις ανά εβδομάδα για περίπου 20’ κάθε φορά) η μπαταρία παρουσίασε πρόβλημα ταχείας αποφόρτισης. Κρατούσε 1,5’ στο δυνατό και 4’ στο κανονικό.
Σημείωση: Έχω πληρώσει και ασφάλιση επέκτασης εγγύησης μέσω Skroutz και Allianz.
Αφού απευθύνθηκα στο Skroutz με κατεύθυναν να απευθυνθώ στο μαγαζί. Πήγα στο μαγαζί και μου είπε ότι η διαδικασία γίνεται μέσω Skroutz. Αφού απευθύνθηκα ξανά στο Skroutz τονίζοντας ότι είναι χαλασμένη η μπαταρία, έγινε παράδοση της σκούπας σε κούριερ με σκοπό να πάει πίσω στο μαγαζί ώστε να ελεγχθεί και να διορθωθεί το θέμα.
Μετά από 1 περίπου μήνα (που έχουμε μείνει χωρίς σκούπα) μου απεστάλλει μήνυμα ότι δυστυχώς … είναι χαλασμένη η μπαταρία (λες και δεν το ήξεραν) και δεν καλύπτεται καθώς είναι εκτός εγγύησης (που είναι 12 μήνες)!
Συμπερασματικά, αν θέλετε να έχετε σκούπα και να μην ξοδεύετε τα χρήματά σας, πάρτε κάτι πιο φθηνό, γιατί θέλετε και κάθε 1-2 χρόνια 80-90€ για μπαταρία…
Επίσης η πρόσθετη ασφάλιση δεν βοηθάει σε τέτοια δεδομένα (λεφτά στον κουβά).
I have had it since November 2023. In March 2025, while it showed two out of three charging bars as charged, it kept shutting off continuously, resulting in me not being able to vacuum. Την έχω από τον Νοέμβριο του 2023. Τον Μάρτιο του 2025 ενω έδειχνε φορτισμένη τις δύο από τις τρεις γραμμές φόρτισης εκανε συνεχείς διακοπές στην λειτουργία της με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορώ να σκουπίσω. Την έστειλα στο σέρβις της αντιπροσωπειας μέσω του καταστήματος που την αγόρασα. Την παρέλαβα εντάξει χωρίς το κατάστημα και η αντιπροσωπεία να μου αναφέρουν τι πρόβλημα υπήρχε και αν άλλαξαν μπαταρία. Τώρα τέλος Ιουλίου 2025 έχω ξανά το ίδιο πρόβλημα ακριβώς. Εντός εγγύησης θα την στείλω ξανά στο σέρβις. Ταλαιπωρία δεν είναι καθόλου αξιόπιστη και το σέρβις της αντιπροσωπειας δεν ενημερώνει και δεν λαμβάνει υπόψη του τον πελάτη και τα 300 ευρώ που έδωσε!!
Guarantee, you pay a bit more than other brands but it does the job, it sucks like a regular vacuum, lightweight, beautiful.

The vacuum is quite light since I read that it gets heavy on your hand. Not even a lie, it’s all true. That’s not the case, it’s 2.5 kilos. Besides, it’s so user-friendly that you don’t even get tired.
Now, regarding the battery that everyone is concerned about. I had read a lot about that too. Guys, honestly, why do you write what you write? It confuses people. Again, lies.
I have a 120 square meter house. In 10 minutes, or let’s say 15, which is a lot, I do it all perfectly. And in areas where the old one couldn’t go due to the cord. I say again, 10 to a maximum of 15 minutes. Therefore, what many of you say that the battery doesn’t last is NOT TRUE. It’s always plugged in, which means you’ll always have it fully charged. Therefore, it will always be enough to clean the whole house. Especially in smaller houses, you can do it 2-3 times with one charge. I’m always talking on low level. And why do I say this? On high, it indeed lasts about 10 minutes. But it’s not necessary. The technology and construction method are so good that it sucks everything up on low. The service also told me that it’s not needed on high, only in very dirty conditions. I have used it a few times on high, and it does suck better. The materials are quite quality, and I believe that at 300 euros, it’s worth it for all that it offers.
The other thing I read about was the noise. They say it’s unjustifiably noisy. It’s a vacuum, not a mixer to whip coffee. Come on. On high, yes, okay, it makes noise, but not more than the dinosaurs with cords; I can say it’s a bit less. On low, it’s not even worth mentioning. That’s an exaggeration too. Don’t even see it as a problem.
I vacuum for fun 5-6 times a day since I have small kids. So it will free your hands just like it did for me. Now, whether it will last over time, we’ll see. I hope so.

Την σκουπα την εχω 3 μηνες.Οποτε νομιζω οτι εχω μια σωστη αποψη.Καταρχας πριν την παρω επικοινωνησα με το επισημο σερβις να δω τι παιζει.Μου ειπανε οτι ειναι απο τα πιο εμπορικα μοντελα και οτι ειναι φτιαγμενη για να ειναι παντα στην πριζα.Αυτο πιο πολυ το ρωτησα γιατι διαβασα αξιολογησεις οτι στα 2 χρονια η μπαταρια παπαλα.Αλλα οκ το βλεπουμε αυτο.
Η σκουπα ειναι αρκετα ελαφρια μιας και διαβασα οτι σου πιανεται το χερι.Ουτε καν ψεμα ολα.Δεν ισχυει κατι τετοιο 2.5 κιλα.Αλλωστε ειναι τοσο ευχρηστη που δεν προλαβαινεις να κουραστεις.
Τωρα στο θεμα της μπαταριας που καιει ολους.Ειχα διαβασει και εκει παρα πολλα.Ρε παιδια ειλικρινα γιατι γραφετε αυτα που γραφετε? Μπερδευεται κοσμο.Παλι ψεμματα.
Εχω σπιτι 120 μετρα.Σε 10 λεπτα αντε να πω 15 που πολυ λεω το κανω ολο τελεια.Και σε σημεια που δεν πηγαινε η παλια λογω του καλωδιου. Ξαναλεω 10 με max 15 λεπτα.Επομενως, αυτο που λετε πολλοι οτι δεν σας φτανει η μπαταρια ΔΕΝ ΙΣΧΥΕΙ. Ειναι συνεχεια στο ρευμα που σημαινει οτι θα την παιρνεις παντα γεματη.Επομενως παντα μα παντα θα φτανει να κανεις ολο το σπιτι.Ειδικα σε πιο μικρα σπιτια παιζει με ενα γεμισμα να το κανεις 2-3 φορες.Μιλαω παντα στο low επιπεδο.Και γιατι το λεω αυτο.Στο High οντως βγαζει ενα 10 λεπτο.Αλλα δεν χρειαζεται.Ειναι τοσο καλη τεχνολογια ο τροπος κατασκευης της που ρουφαει τα παντα και στο low.Το ιδιο μου ειπανε και στο σερβις οτι δεν χρειαζεται στο δυνατο μονο σε πολυ βρωμια.Το.εχω βαλει μερικες φορες οντως ρουφαει καλυτερα.Τα υλικα κατασκευης αρκετα ποιοτικα και θεωρω οτι στα 300 ευρω αξιζει για ολα αυτα που προσφερει.
Το αλλο που διαβαζα για τον θορυβο.Ειναι λεει αδικαιολογητα θορυβωδης.Σκουπα ειναι δεν πατας το μιξερακι να χτυπησεις καφε.Ημαρτον.Στο High ναι οκ κανει θορυβο οχι βεβαια περισσοτερο απο τους δεινοσαυρους με τα καλωδια μπορω να πω λιγοτερο.Στο Low δεν ειναι καν αξιο να αναφερθει.Υπερβολη και αυτο.Μην το βλεπετε καν σαν προβλημα.
Βαζω σκουπα για πλακα 5-6 φορες την μερα μιας και εχω μικρα παιδια.Οποτε θα σας λυσει τα χερια οπως και εμενα.Τωρα αν θα αντεξει στο χρονο ειδωμεν.Ελπιζω πως ναι.
Ειχα παρει ρομποτ αρκετα καλο , ακριβο εννοω.
Η χειροτερη αγορα της ζωης μου μακρια.Θελω να το κλωτσησω στον καδο.Μου βγαλε την ψυχη και καμια σχεση με την V8.
Η V8 σπερνει.Τα σπαει παιδια σκουπαρα.
Και κατι τελευταιο μπας και σωσω κανα χριστιανο.Οταν θελετε να παρετε κατι η καλυτερη αξιολογηση ειναι βιντεκια στο YouTube.Εγω εκει πειστικα.Καποιες αξιολογησεις εδω μεσα δεν εχουν καμια σχεση με αυτο που κανει οντως η σκουπα.

Καθαρίζει πάρα πολύ γρήγορα και αποτελεσματικά, φτάνει σε όλες τις επιφάνειες και μαζεύει σκόνη που ούτε που φαντάζεσαι ότι έχει ένα σπίτι. Πάρα πολύ καλή και στα χαλιά.
Μέσα σε 10 λεπτά μπορείς να κάνεις ένα πολύ γρήγορο σκούπισμα σε ένα μεσαίο σπίτι.
Πολύ εύκολο και το άδειασμα των σκουπιδιών.
Πολύ εύχρηστη και αρκετά ελαφριά.
Το μόνο πρόβλημα είναι ότι αν τη βάλεις στο turbo η μπαταρία τελειώνει σε 10-12 λεπτά, το οποίο αν έχεις μεγάλο σπίτι είναι λίγο πρόβλημα. Θα πρέπει να περιμένεις τουλάχιστον 3-4 ώρες για να συνεχίσεις με το υπόλοιπο.
Update: Μετά από 1 χρόνο χρήσης, παραμένει το ίδιο αποτελεσματική. Θεωρώ ότι είναι πολύ value for money αγορά, της είχα βάλει 4 αστεράκια λόγω της μπαταρίας, αλλά νομίζω της αξίζουν και 5.

If I could, I would give it 10 stars!! I clean twice with one charge in a 75 square meter house on the simple program. It does such a good job that I personally don't need to set it to max. Πολύ καλή σκούπα ! Μόνο ότι δεν έχει καλώδιο , είναι σχετικά ελαφριά και έχει καλή απόδοση φτάνουν για να την επιλέξεις ! Αλλά προσοχή, για να την διατηρήσετε και να μην έχετε προβλήματα θέλει καλό καθάρισμά μία φορά τον μήνα/δίμηνο ! Βρείτε ένα βίντεο στο you tube για να σας καθοδηγήσει στο πως να το κάνετε σωστά και η σκούπα δεν θα σας απογοητεύσει!
Okay, it's amazing! I really didn't expect to be so satisfied. It's expensive but worth the money. It easily cleans a 100sqm house with the battery life. On low-pile carpets, it has no problem lifting everything! The convenience of not having a cord makes you want to vacuum.

It has power and cleans shaggy carpets, which I didn't expect it to manage, but it does it perfectly; it handles tiles with ease, so in terms of power, it's excellent. The build quality for the money it costs is out of this world, and the high price is not justified, generally speaking, regarding the plastics it has. Because it doesn't have anything, like a LED screen, or to say it has a futuristic appearance, with lights, with a light underneath to see, like some others have, which sell for much cheaper. In all other aspects, it is okay, super convenient, light, and you can carry it wherever you want without cords, etc.
Θα ξεκινήσω με το βάρος της σκούπας η οποία είναι πολύ ελαφριά και αυτό είναι στα συν της, χωρίς καλώδια να τραβάς και ειδικά σε σπίτια μεζονέτες,που αυτοί πραγματικά θα την εκτιμήσουν. Τώρα όσοι γράφουν ότι είναι βαριά κάτι δεν πάει καλά η λόγο ηλικίας η κάτι άλλο,εάν βέβαια είσαι 90 χρονών τότε ναι μπορεί να σου φανεί βαρειά,η εάν υπάρχουν θέματα μυοσκελετικά λόγου θεμάτων υγειας τότε πάλι θα συμφωνήσω , αλλά δεν πιστεύω να έχει βγει η σκούπα του κιλού στην αγορά που να καθαρίζεις το σπίτι σου.
Στο θέμα μπαταρίας αναμενόμενο ότι σε 45 λεπτά πρέπει να προλάβεις να έχεις τελειώσει, φορτίζει σχετικά γρήγορα.
Έχει δύναμη και καθαρίζει και χαλιά shaggy που δεν το περίμενα ότι θα τα καταφέρει αλλά τα καταφέρνει τέλεια,το πλακάκι το έχει για πλάκα οπότε από δύναμη άριστα.
Οι ποιότητα κατασκευής για τα χρήματα που στοιχίζει είναι εκτός πραγματικότητας και δεν δικαιολογείται η υψηλή της τιμή, γενικά από θέμα των πλαστικών που έχει.Γιατί δεν έχει κάτι, πχ μια led οθόνη, η να πεις ότι έχει μια φουτουριστική εμφάνιση, με λαμπάκια, με φώς κάτω για να βλέπεις, όπως έχουν κάποιες άλλες και της πουλάνε πολύ πιο φθηνά. Σε όλα τα υπόλοιπα είναι οκ σούπερ πολύ βολική, ελαφριά και την κουβαλάς όπου θέλεις χωρίς καλώδια κτλ.

εχω ενα σκυλο...με εχει σωσει....ευκολα & γρηγορα σκουπισμα χωρις καλωδια..! μπορει να ειναι λιγο βαρια για καπιους αλλα τελειωνεις τοσο γρηγορα το σκουπισμα δε προλαβαινεις να κουραστεις.

και π.χ. σε τετοια σκουπες θα χρειαστεις σιγουρα μπαταρια σε 2 χρονια. Πριν επιλεξετε σκουπα...ελεγξτε ποσο εχει η μπαταρια. μπορει να ειναι π.χ. 100 ευρω κατω στη τιμη, αλλα το ανταλλακτικο στη μπαταρια...να εχει 80 ευρω διαφορα.

Πρόκειται για ένα πολύ καλό σκουπάκι με κοντάρι ώστε δεν χρειάζεται να σκύβεις. Η μπαταρία αρκετά δυνατή για γρήγορο σκούπισμα σε διαμέρισμα 100τμ. Η τιμή του είναι υπερβολική για τις δυνατότητες του.

I have 2 cats and a dog, and I shed hair myself, no matter what. A MA ZING! I previously had a Black & Decker of the same type (stick) which didn't pick up the cat litter well enough, and wherever I placed it, it would leave some on the floor. With this one, I'm super satisfied!!

Έχω 2 γάτες κι ένα σκύλο, και μαδάω κι εγώ, όσο να το κάνεις. Ε ΞΑΙ ΡΕ ΤΙ ΚΗ! Είχα πριν μια Black & Decker ίδιου τύπου (stick) η οποία την άμμο της γάτας δεν την μάζευε αρκετά, και μάλιστα όπου την εναπόθετα, άφηνε λίγη στο πάτωμα. Με αυτήν είμαι σούπερ ευχαριστημένη!!
Είναι μόνιμα φορτισμένη αφού την έχεις αναγκαστικά στην βάση της. Παίρνει λίγο χώρο και είναι πολύ εύχρηστη και εύκολη η εναλλαγή των κομματιών!
Very good and very convenient. In a house with children and/or pets it is definitely needed. The small brush is just fine while the large one, because it sucks more powerfully, makes use more difficult especially on some carpets because it sticks if they don't have a high pile. I would be completely satisfied if the package included the small brush so you could do sofas etc., the package has a simple one inside that does not have a rotating brush, and a long one for narrow spots, i.e. the classic ones that all vacuums have together. Also, it does not replace the regular vacuum cleaner, but it is more for daily maintenance of the cleanliness of the space
Πολυ καλη και μεγαλη ευκολια. Σε σπιτι με παιδια η/και κατοικιδιο χρειαζεται σιγουρα. Η μικρη σκαλα ειναι μια χαρα ενω η μεγαλη επειδη ρουφαει πιο δυνατα δυσκολευει την χρηση ειδικα σε καποια χαλια γιατι βεντουζαρει εαν δεν εχουν μεγαλο πελος. θα ημουν ακρως ικανοποιημενη εαν η συσκευασια περιειχε και το μικρο βουρτσακι ωστε να κανεις καναπεδες κτλπ, η συσκευασια εχει ενα μεσα απλο που δεν εχει περιστροφενη βουρτα, και ενα μακρυ για στενα σημεια δλδ τα κλασικα που εχουν ολες οι σκουπες μαζι. Επισης δεν αντικαθηστα την κανονικη σκουπα, αλλα ειναι πιο πολυ για καθημερινη συντηριση καθαριοτητας του χωρου
