    They are poorly made. The sizes are not accurate. It is tight and has a small fit. This foam sole is not recommended. Ask any orthopedic you want. The foot needs a straight and hard sole to step correctly and not soles that create a foot arch and foam. It must be straight and hard for the step and the arch, not foam. They broke in the 4th month with normal gym use. Never again Fila.
