Hammerite direct to rust is a metal paint for application directly on rusted metal. Its special composition includes primer and topcoat in one package, ensuring long-term protection on any interior or exterior metal surface. It provides a smooth to the touch decorative appearance and anti-corrosive protection. It has strong adhesion, high hardness, and excellent finish.

• Type: Specially modified alkyd resin paint.
• Application method: Brush, roller, and spray gun.
• Coverage: 3.5 - 5m² / Lt for two coats on properly prepared surfaces.
• Drying time: Touch dry in 1-2 hours. Re-coatable after 4 hours. These times may vary depending on weather conditions (humidity, temperature). Store at a temperature between 5°C and 40°C. If you do not use the entire quantity of the product, seal the container well for future use.
• Thinning:
  • Brush application: Ready to use. If thinning is needed during application, add up to 3% v/v Hammerite thinner and tool cleaner.
  • Spray gun application: Up to 15% v/v with Hammerite thinner and tool cleaner.
