Double mirror powder for a solid color effect and ombre. The application is done on Top No Wipe. For an intense mirror effect, use black or the corresponding color of the powder as a base color. Seal the powder at the tip of the nail with acid-free primer and finish with a layer of base and then a layer of top for greater durability.
