It is made from beech wood, handmade, and features 2 support rods for increased durability during use. It does not rust and it is recommended to dust it after each use.

The process of grating aromatic plants is simple:

  • Choose one of the sieves.
  • After drying the plants in bunches, use your hands to grate them inside the sieve.
  • Complete storage in airtight bags or glass jars.
