Thin liquid gel used in the Dipping System before dipping into the powder.

Usage Instructions:

• Start with a dry manicure. Apply Blue Fresh to the surface of the natural nails.
• Apply a thin layer of Dipping STEP 1 over the entire surface of the natural nails and dip into your chosen powder.
• Apply a thin layer of Dipping Step 3 to the surface of the nails and re-dip each finger into the powder. Repeat this step if a more intense coverage is needed.
• Apply a thin layer of Dipping Step 3 to the surface of the nails and dip into the clear acrylic powder.
• Apply a thin layer of Dipping Step 1 over the entire surface of the nails and wait a few seconds for the application to dry slightly.
• Apply the Dipping Effector to all nails and wait for it to take effect.
• File the nails with a 150 grit file and give a light buff to the surface of the nails.
• Add shine to the result by applying a thin layer of special top coat.
• Moisturize the cuticles with cuticle oil.
