MORTAR PLASTICIZER REPLACING LIME

Plasticizer for mortars and a substitute for lime in cement mortars where the minimum cement content is at least 20% by weight in relation to the dry aggregates.

Applications:

ANTILIME, when added in the appropriate ratio to cement mortars, makes them ideal for:

• Bricklaying without the need for lime addition.
• Rendering in indoor and outdoor spaces.
• Cement mortars for laying ceramic tiles and natural stones using the traditional thick bed method.
• Self-leveling cement mortar before tile bonding on walls in WCs, bathrooms, and even pools.
• Creating generally thixotropic mortars with excellent workability without lime mixing, thus allowing the development of high strengths.
• Application in building mud, pavements, and marble flooring, base and finish coat plastering, and final coating surfaces.

Application Instructions:

Before application, shake the container. ANTILIME is added to the mixing water, which is then incorporated into the mortar or plaster mixture. Due to its strong surfactant action, there is a significant reduction in water.
