I have been using it for about 5-6 years. I haven't found anything similar for my sensitive skin. It absorbs quickly and leaves the skin soft. And as we get older, that's how we want to feel it. I feel like I can't go anywhere without this cream. It is a cream that I have bought several times, especially when my skin seems to be breaking out. It is absorbed immediately, leaves the skin soft and hydrated, and really helps to reduce pimples and generally "soothes" the skin without being strictly medicinal. It works without me even feeling like I am putting cream on my face.

Although I have oily skin with acne tendency and marks, unfortunately it did not suit me at all. As a day cream after cleansing with a mild soap, it did not hydrate enough, resulting in my skin producing more oiliness in the middle of the day due to dryness. I couldn't even use it as a simple base for makeup. As for the marks, I didn't see any visible difference. In contrast to Hydraphase, which is intended for dry skin and worked wonders for my complexion.
I would not choose it again.

After a few uses it caused me irritation, dryness, and breakouts with small bumps, like dermatitis... It is too harsh for my skin (combination sensitive with acne tendency). I gave it several chances because I felt sorry to throw it away.

I am finishing it after almost 4 months of daily use and I can say that it was an okay cream. I used it in the morning (with sunscreen afterwards, of course) and it was a good base for makeup but that's about it. It didn't burn me as others mention but I also didn't see any difference in my mild acne and the marks. Maybe it just maintains oily, acne-prone skin but it didn't help with the new pimples I was getting. In short, for me it wasn't bad but it wasn't good either… I wouldn't buy it again

Amazing cream in its application. I have had acne problems for years and with this cream I got rid of them. I give one star because recently the cream was deemed unsuitable by the FDA due to carcinogenic substances, benzene, that were found and long-term use may cause cancer. Of course, I stopped using it immediately despite its perfect result.

Incredible product. I buy it again and again. Although I never had acne, a few years ago during a period of intense stress I started getting many pimples with pus on my face.. as soon as I applied this cream they disappeared and gradually the acne stopped as well. Now I use it whenever I get a pimple here and there.. In my case, it has not caused me any dryness or irritation.

The worst thing ever. It is a very strong/harsh product, and it should be used with great caution. Personally, it was the worst experience I have had so far with La Roche Posay. I applied it locally and it burned my pimples from the first use; they got worse than before. I went to a dermatologist right away, and only with antibiotics was the result somewhat corrected. I would not recommend it under any circumstances. If you apply it and see that it burns you, rinse it off immediately.

It really works! I have combination to oily skin and a tendency for acne, especially on my chin. I've been using it for 5 days in combination with the effaclar cleansing liquid soap and I've seen a significant difference. My face is noticeably smoother and brighter. The marks have started to fade and I've noticed that it regulates oil production. I recommend it!

From time to time, I get internal pimples. I think it does a pretty good job, it dries them out and reduces the time it would take for the inflammation to stop. However, there is some redness that takes a little time to go away.

It's an amazing cream! I have skin without severe acne, but every morning when I wake up, I have 2-3 pimples! On the days I used this cream, I didn't get a single one! I was given a sample that lasted a whole week! It requires a small amount and spreads very easily like a serum! It's a strong cream and can be drying, so it's not moisturizing in any way. I used it as a serum and on top for hydration, the classic Bepanthol! It also helped me a lot with redness from old pimples, and my skin tone became even!

It does not meet my hydration needs. It is quite runny, resulting in my skin continuing to feel tight after application.

I bought this cream at the beginning of September and it lasted until mid-December with quite frequent use. It is the only cream that helped me with the gum issue I had mainly on my cheeks, which was quite intense and wouldn't go away no matter what, while I had tried other products. It is quite a strong cream and requires caution with the combinations that can be made with soaps because if the skin is sensitive, it can burn a lot. I have redness and marks, and at a specific spot, I was constantly getting pimples. I have been using it for about 2.5 weeks and I have seen a huge difference.

This particular cream requires quite a bit of study before you use it. There are two versions of it: the American one, which is for the local treatment of a pimple, and the European one, which can be used all over the face. We only have access to the European one, so there is no fear. Also, it is not moisturizing. Its purpose is not to hydrate, but to reduce imperfections, pimples, scars that have resulted from acne. You can use it either in the morning or at night, but always with sunscreen. In combination with double cleansing, it yields great results and you see a significant difference. I read somewhere that it can also be used on teenagers aged 12-13+

This particular cream is not moisturizing; it is for spot treatment. I have sensitive skin and have not noticed any problems; I only apply it on the pimple I want to treat, not on my entire face, and it really helps.

I have sensitive skin prone to acne and I got it for a daily moisturizer. Unfortunately, as soon as I apply it to my face, it burns incredibly and causes redness until I wash it off.
