I have been baking pizzas in cafes for the last 11 years. I have tried dozens of ovens. Unfortunately, by a large margin, this is the worst of all the ones I have tried. What is wrong with it? The heating elements turn OFF while it is working! Yes, they turn off. In all the other ovens, they do not turn off and work continuously. So they can bake faster and achieve the desired crispiness, which you can also adjust by the height of the tray position.
1. It bakes very slowly because the heating elements turn off and then turn back on after a while and turn off again, etc., keeping the temperature low and not high.
2. It does not reach high temperatures, so it is not suitable for foods that need high heat, such as pizza.
3. The temperature inside is lower than the 230 degrees it states, because all small ovens do not have insulation and therefore have large losses, which are not compensated for when the heating elements turn off every so often.
4. Suitable only for foods that take a long time and need low temperature to cook.
I will NOT buy it again, even though the price is very affordable, but that is irrelevant for a product that is on the verge of being defective.
