PREMIUM SYBASOIL

Why order SYBASoil cactus & succulent mix:

  • Peat-free soil, good for your plants and nature!
  • Improved root growth
  • Organic nutrients and thriving microbial life
  • The soil your plant deserves.

How to use cactus and succulent soil mix:

Using the mix is easy! Start by removing as much of the old soil as possible. Gently squeeze the pot while holding it sideways to loosen the plant. Rinse the roots under lukewarm tap water to remove the last pieces. Remove any dead foliage that may still be on the plant using scissors. Now your plant is ready for the fresh cactus and succulent soil.

Add a small layer of Cactus & Succulent mix to the bottom of the pot. Place the plant in the pot and slowly add Cactus & Succulent soil to the sides to fill. Make sure that the point where the roots meet the plant is just buried under the cactus and succulent soil. Lightly tap the Cactus & Succulent mix in the pot. Ensure to water the Cactus and Succulent mix well after repotting, as this helps settle the mix and the roots.

Raw, airy, and well-draining are the main characteristics of this mix. To prevent overwatering, there is a large amount of perlite, pumice & horticultural sand. This prevents root rot. The nutrients are designed to support the root, stem, and leaf growth of your plant.

Most cactus and succulent plants originate from dry, desert-like locations. These habitats have long dry periods and few nutrients in the water. Both types of plants use their leaves and body to store water for these periods. Desert locations are usually sandy and rocky and drain quickly. This cactus and succulent mix mimics this environment.

Making an open terrarium:

An open terrarium requires specialized soil to thrive; the biggest risk is roots that rot the succulents and cacti. Use the cactus and succulent mix.
