PROFESSIONAL EPOXY PRODUCT FOR STRUCTURAL BONDING

Sikadur®-31+ is a 2-component, low VOC emission, thixotropic, structural adhesive, unaffected by moisture, with high adhesion to most construction materials. It offers high mechanical strengths and can be used for structural repair of concrete, joint filling, and crack sealing.

Suitable for repair work (Principle 3, Method 3.1 of EN 1504-9). Repairing crushed and damaged concrete in building applications, bridges, and infrastructure projects. Suitable for structural reinforcement (Principle 4, Method 4.3 of EN 1504-9). Bonding of applied reinforcement sheets.

Composition: Epoxy resin and selected aggregates.

Colors: Component A White / Component B Dark grey : Mixture of components A+B Grey concrete.

Mixing ratio: Component A : Component B = 2 : 1 by weight or volume.

Coverage (Consumption): 2.0 kg/m2 per mm application thickness.

Application method: trowel, spatula.

Dilution: ready to use.

Tool cleaning: Removal of fresh residues from tools and application equipment can be done using Sika® Colma Cleaner. Cured material can only be removed mechanically.

Working time (Temperature +23°C): ~60 minutes (Temperature +30°C): ~45 minutes.

Energy time (Temperature +23°C): ~75 minutes (Temperature +30°C): ~45 minutes.
