Finds the fault exactly. No. I could not erase the check engine light. I had clogged injectors. The only negative is that it has many menus and a lot of information that you need to know about the other mechanical aspects. There are no clear instructions. In a Fiat Punto, I worked with it. But never ignore the check engine light. It will turn off the OBD only when the indication that the car is on is wrong. I recommend caution.

The worst thing that was tested on Opel Vectra B and Seat Toledo couldn't communicate with either of the two cars. Out of simple curiosity, I tried it on a Suzuki Swift and it worked there. In my opinion, it is very deficient. It cannot be stated that it is compatible with OBD2 and EOBD and not do its job when the cars obviously meet the specifications. I do not recommend it at all!

It was purchased because I wanted to see the exact water temperature in a Kia Rio 2007 (the dashboard only has a light).
It displays live data normally (much more than just the temperature).
I didn't try to clear errors because I simply didn't have any.

The car sees it and seems to scan but now if it finds and what it finds, I don't know. It lit up an orange light in my car and it turned off on its own. I plugged in the device and it didn't seem to find anything. Overall, it seems a bit difficult to use.

It does not connect to the car to run error recognition... It constantly displays connection error and even though the first time it turned off the EPC light, after an hour it came back on

This specific diagnostic tool that I got detects faults but it doesn't do everything, for example, it doesn't detect car errors. I tried to turn off the airbag light and it didn't turn it off in Volkswagen group...

I bought it to clear error messages in a Fiat Bravo that appeared after a flat battery. I was surprised that it found not only the check engine light, but also the ASR off, ESP off, ABS off. The temperature gauge was not working at all and the radiator fan was running as soon as you turned on the engine (it found that too). It fixed everything and now everything is working as before, since these were not actual faults but had occurred due to a voltage drop. However, be careful, if the car has a real problem, it is not good to simply clear an error, but to find the cause of the error and fix it.
