Good evening. In the air conditioning units, if you pour water, you must then set the air conditioner to cool for at least 30 minutes with an open window. This way, the moisture collected by the cells (they rinse) the cleaner... do not pour chemicals on the fan and other plastics without rinsing them afterwards! It is good to clean the air conditioner by yourselves. But every 2 to 3 years. The fan of the air conditioner must also be cleaned in some way. Either with a small brush or by removing and washing it.

Excellent product. I don't see the reason to pay 20 euros to a technician for a simple disinfection. The technician is necessary if there is a technical problem. The product has a good smell. During installation, protective measures (mask, gloves, etc.) should be taken as it contains a disinfectant agent. Just follow the instructions on the label.
