Much higher quality construction, faster toasting, more even, and a huge advantage with the removable plates.
However, the significant disadvantage is the closing height, as it presses the toast too much.
The only way is to not close it completely, but to just touch the top plate and then press it down slightly with your hand.
If it didn't have this disadvantage, I would recommend it without hesitation. Now it requires some thought. Maybe there is a better toaster out there that doesn't have this problem...

ότι λένε όλοι : ποιοτική κατασκευή πολλές επιλογές και ευκολίες. το μόνο αρνητικό που το αναφέρω όμως είναι πως ΔΕΝ ψήνει ομοιόμορφα. τα τοστ (αν είναι λίγο χοντρό ψωμί η με μεγάλη γέμιση) είναι καλά πατημένα και ψημένα μέσα ενώ πιο αψητα (το ψωμί δηλαδή) προς τα έξω. έχουν οι δικοί μου μια αντίστοιχη που παίρνει 4 τοστ μάλιστα και πολύ γνωστής μάρκας. είδα μόλις πως σε κρεμ χρώμα κοστίζει όσο αυτή. η άλλη δεν παίζεται. μόνο που θέλει χώρο. αυτή στα συν της πως είναι σχετικά μικρή οπότε βολεύεται πιο εύκολα. το μόνο αρνητικό για μένα αυτό που καταγράφω. σίγουρα αξίζει όμως αλλά σε καλύτερη τιμή. αν γυρναγα το χρόνο πίσω θα έπαιρνα την άλλη (για την ίδια τιμή).

It comfortably fits 2 large XL toasts, melts the cheese, you can secure the lid for crispy toasted sandwiches or leave it open if you don't want them to turn brown. It has a light that shows when they are ready. The construction is quality. The plates are removable and dishwasher safe. It has a switch. I believe it's the best choice for its price.

I have had it for a few days now, but it is miles better than the previous no name one I had! Very sturdy construction, non-stick plates that come out very easily for cleaning, even cooking, and quick enough not to burn the toast. It can fit 2 large toasts. I will come back after a while if I end up not liking something.
Την έχω εδώ και λίγες μέρες αλλά είναι χιλιόμετρα καλύτερη από την προηγούμενη no name που είχα! Πολύ στιβαρή κατασκευή, αντικολλητικές πλάκες που βγαίνουν πολύ εύκολα για καθάρισμα, ομοιόμορφο ψήσιμο και γρήγορη τόσο όσο πρέπει για να μην κάψει το τοστ. Χωράει να ψήσει 2 μεγάλα τοστ. Θα επανέλθω μετά από λίγο διάστημα αν κάτι δεν μου αρέσει τελικά.

In conclusion, comparing it to the previous toaster (Izzy Panini 123):
Much higher quality construction, faster toasting, more even, and a huge advantage with the removable plates.
However, the significant disadvantage is the closing height, as it presses the toast too much.
The only way is to not close it completely, but to just touch the top plate and then press it down slightly with your hand.
If it didn't have this disadvantage, I would recommend it without hesitation. Now it requires some thought. Maybe there is a better toaster out there that doesn't have this problem...

- Θα προτιμούσα λίγο πιο αργό το ψήσιμο του τοστ για πιο τραγανό αποτέλεσμα
Συμπέρασματικά και συγκρίνοντας την με την προηγούμενη τοστιέρα (Izzy Panini 123):
Πολύ ποιοτικότερη κατασκευή, γρηγορότερο ψήσιμο, πιο ομοιόμορφο και τεράστιο πλεονέκτημα οι αφαιρούμενες πλάκες.
Όμως σημαντικό μειονέκτημα αυτό με το ύψους κλεισίματος, γιατί πιέζει πάρα πολύ τα τοστ.
Μόνος τρόπος είναι να μην την κλείσεις, αλλά να ακουμπήσεις την πάνω πλάκα και μετά να πιέσεις λίγο με το χέρι.
Αν δεν είχε αυτό το μειονέκτημα, θα την συνιστούσα με κλειστά μάτια. Τώρα θέλει λίγο σκέψη. Ίσως έχει μια καλύτερη τοστιέρα που δεν έχει αυτό το πρόβλημα...

-Ο το άνοιγμα του μεντεσέ, είναι fix. Δεν προσαρμόζεται ανάλογα το πάχος του φαγητού που ψήνεις, όπως γίνεται με άλλες τοστιέρες. Εν ολίγοις, δεν μπορείτε να ψήσετε πολύ χοντρά ή πολύ λεπτά φαγητά. Το πάχος ψησίματος ειναι 1cm με 1.5cm.
-Ο χρόνος προθέρμανσης είναι 4λεπτα, χρονομετρημένος.
-Εχει κουμπί on/off που σημαίνει οτι δεν χρειάζεται να την βγάζετε απο την πρίζα.
-Εχει δοχείο για να μαζεύει τα λίπη.
-Σε γενικές γραμμές είναι μια χαρά, με αρκετά θετικά χαρακτηριστικά.
Δεν ειναι όμως τέλεια. Σε αυτα τα χρήματα θα μπορούσε να έχει ακόμη ενα σετ με πλάκες και θα μπορούσε να έχει καλύτερο μεντεσέ, για να υπάρχει ευελιξία στο πάχος ψησίματος.

I have had it for 4 months and I am absolutely satisfied. It has all the features I was looking for in a sandwich maker, which were also the reason I chose it. It has removable non-stick "ribbed" plates, it is very sturdily built (something I realized is incredibly rare, even for expensive sandwich makers, from the market research I did before ordering it), it has an on/off button so you don't have to unplug it, it has a plastic tray to collect fats or anything else that might drip in there, and it is also very beautiful. I have tried it once as a grill to cook some manouri cheese and it turned out great. However, if you are looking for a grill that opens 180°, then I would suggest looking at other products.
Την έχω 4 μήνες και είμαι απόλυτα ευχαριστημένη. Συγκεντρώνει όλα τα χαρακτηριστικά που έψαχνα σε μια τοστιέρα, τα οποία ήταν και ο λόγος που την επέλεξα. Έχει αποσπώμενες αντικολλητικές "ριγέ" πλάκες, είναι πολύ γερή κατασκευή (πράγμα που κατάλαβα ότι είναι απίστευτα σπάνιο, ακόμα και για τις ακριβές τοστιέρες, από την έρευνα αγοράς που έκανα πριν την παραγγείλω), έχει κουμπί on/off για να μην χρειάζεται να βγαίνει από την πρίζα, έχει πλαστικό πιατάκι για να μαζεύει λίπη ή ό,τι άλλο μπορεί να τρέξει εκεί μέσα και είναι και πολύ όμορφη. Την έχω δοκιμάσει μια φορά ως γκριλιέρα για να ψήσω ένα μανούρι και βγήκε ωραιότατο. Εάν όμως ψάχνετε για γκριλιέρα που ανοίγει 180° τότε θα πρότεινα να δείτε άλλα προϊόντα.

Είναι καταπληκτικη! Είναι πλήρως αντικολλητική, καθαρίζει κ με λίγο χαρτί κουζίνας. Δεν καίει το τοστ, αλλα όταν ασφαλίζεις, το τυρί συνηθως τρεχει εξω απο το τοστ. Για να το αποφύγεις απλά δεν την ασφαλίζεις.
Very satisfied, it's worth it because it has the button and that was the reason I bought it. However, time will tell if it's worth the money in terms of how long the non-stick coating will last.
