Hammerite direct to rust is a paint for application on rusty metal. Its special formulation includes a primer and topcoat in one package, offering long-term protection to any interior or exterior metal surface. It provides a smooth to the touch decorative appearance and anti-corrosion protection. It has strong adhesion, high hardness, and excellent finish.

• Type: Paint of specially modified alkyd resins.
• Application method: Brush, roller, and spray gun.
• Coverage: 3.5 - 5m² / Lt for two coats on properly prepared surfaces.
• Drying: Touch-dry after 1-2 hours. Recoatable after 4 hours. These times may vary depending on weather conditions (humidity, temperature).
• Thinning:
  • Application with brush: Ready to use. If thinning is necessary, add up to 3% v/v Hammerite tool cleaner and thinner.
  • Application with spray gun: Up to 15% v/v with Hammerite tool cleaner and thinner.
