Cryptocaryon irritans is a parasitic protozoan that requires a host (marine fish) from which it will feed and reproduce. During the attachment stage (3 to 7 days), this parasite feeds on the host and completes its life cycle (approximately 15-20 hours) by transforming itself into a cyst and settling in sand or rocks.

The best prevention is the addition of Haquoss H28 - ENERGY FISH (vitamins) and Haquoss H31 - ALLIUM POWER (liquid garlic) to the fish food to boost the immune system and eliminate secondary parasites.

DOSAGE: Haquoss H6 is a special product for this type of condition and should be used as soon as the first symptoms appear.

• Remove the activated carbon filter, if present, and aerate the aquarium well.
• The water will turn blue/green during administration but this is normal.

IMPORTANT: Invertebrates and crustaceans cannot tolerate this product. Shade the aquarium during the treatment.

DOSAGE: Increase the aquarium temperature to 28°-30° and administer 1ml (1 cap = 5ml) per 25lt of water on the 1st and 3rd day. On the 4th day, make a partial 20% water change adding Haquoss DM1 CONDITIONER and Haquoss DM2 ALIVE and repeat on days 5 and 7 if the infection persists. On the 10th day, make a substantial partial water change (at least 30%) and continue the use of activated carbon. After the partial water change introduce Haquoss DM1, DM2, H26, and H28. Return the temperature to previous values at the end of the treatment.

AVOID OVERDOSAGE AND DO NOT COMBINE WITH OTHER MEDICATIONS.
