With this gel pack, you can relieve pain in various areas of the body. It is quite large and ideal for larger areas such as your back, thighs, and abdomen.

Hot or Cold

• The pack is suitable for both cold and hot use.
• For cold use, place the pack in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
• For hot use, simply place it in the microwave for 90 - 120 seconds. Check the temperature before using.

CAUTION!

• Do not use boiling water.
• Do not use for more than 20 minutes.
• 30-minute breaks between each application are recommended.
• Packs should always be used with a towel or some clothing. Do not place it directly on the skin.
