Lactobacillus reuteri has been found to offer protective benefits for the entire digestive system, from the mouth to the stomach to the colon.

L. Reuteri Plus contains capsules, each providing 5 billion of these tiny protectors, combined with two other beneficial gut bacteria, L. rhamnosus and L. acidophilus, to offer balanced full-spectrum probiotic support.

To nourish the organisms and help them thrive, L. Reuteri Plus also includes 200 mg of NutraFlora® SCFOS (short-chain fructooligosaccharides), a prebiotic fiber whose short-chain structure makes it an ideal food source.

Honestly speaking, one pill does nothing for you (I’m not giving a bad rating because this particular lactobacillus suits me). Rationally (with logical practical thinking focused on the REAL result) I suggest buying kefir or ayran or another type of fermented milk almost daily, without sugar, without many carbohydrates, without much saturated fat (I always read the nutritional information), without salt or, if it has any of these bad things, only in small amounts.
