    Handy during exercise. The flavors I have tried are very pleasant. It did not cause me any stomach discomfort or anything else. I have tried them in a demanding cycling race (6 hours) as well as in my daily commute on the hottest days and they seem to help when combined with plenty of water (I didn't have cramps). Reasonable cost. The small resealable package is very practical, you can have them with you in a pocket or a small bag and they take up no space at all.
