The Dart type jig head is designed to highlight the capabilities of Jerkbaits. Its shape allows for jerking (jerks and twitches) with intermediate pauses, mimicking a panic-stricken fish. Its triangular construction facilitates the darting technique, providing erratic and unpredictable movements in the water column, which are particularly effective for various catches, from bream along rocky shores to black sea bream in mid-waters.

Both types of jig heads (Swim and Dart) feature a small glow projection at the hook shank, which "locks" the silicone in place on the jig head, preventing slippage during fishing.
