It fixed exactly the problem that the car had, which I knew beforehand because I had taken it to the repair shop, so this scanner is guaranteed. It also turned off the engine light.

If it gives you a code (like it did for me), simply do a search on the internet and you can see how to fix it yourself if it's something simple.

Because I read in the comments that many people use it just to turn off the engine light, I inform you that this does not fix the problem. It simply clears the error report in the car (check engine). The problem still exists, so it needs to be repaired no matter what, and it is good to keep the engine light on until you fix it because if you forget or ignore it, damage may occur. I'm writing this because I read comments like "Oh, the light turned off, so we're okay."

For its price, it is a must-have. It has several measurements and you can see a lot of values from your car. It also has a recording function for the values and playback so you can see how they fluctuated while you were driving. It also has some built-in tests for O2 Sensors, Catalytic Converter, Heater Modules, and EGR Valve System. In general, how many of these functions are supported depends on the ECU of each car and what information it provides. It seems to clear the fault codes normally. A big emphasis: clearing the fault codes does not mean stopping them from appearing again later. I highly recommend it as a tool that can save you some money from a visit to the garage.

Well, yes... it did what I wanted, it gave me the codes, I changed the lambda sensors, I cleared them, and the car was like before!!
Also, if there is a problem and not just a light because a sensor got stuck, even if you clear them, they will come back on again, and that's logical...
It's the best 17 euros I've ever spent!!

Ford Focus MK2 with ASDA engine, the check engine light came on.

To see and erase simple general faults and not specialized for a specific brand, it is perfect and worth the money.

Application on Nissan Almera N16. The check engine light went off and then it burned a valve, 850 euros damage. The airbag light that turns on from time to time and I know it's a mistake, it doesn't turn off. Wasted money.

  • For its price, it is very honest. It has been tested on a Fiat Punto MK2B 1.4 and a Skoda Octavia VRS MK1

  • It reads codes and the erasing function works too! Very good little tool so we don't get fooled at the workshops.

  • Very simple
Without any knowledge, if you know a little English, it does what it says
Don't expect more for its price
It reads and clears the check

  • I couldn't use it, very difficult to handle, the instructions don't help and neither did what I found on YouTube. Of course, I didn't get any results.

  • For its price, it's just fine. Just be careful, it doesn't read faults from electrical systems, only from the check engine, at least on an Opel Corsa D
