Perfect just like the previous one (U6) it replaced. Its connection with the Unifi controller was immediate without any problems. Of course, my entire network is Unifi, so it's logical that I don't have any issues. I have no opinion on connections to other routers

The day before yesterday I read that it exists.
    Yesterday I ordered it.
Today I received it and installed it.
I have been looking for something like this for the last 7 years.
I won't say anything else but:
I'm throwing away all the extenders immediately. And there are many!....

Perfect. Quality & Speed. Stable connections and a very good UI, it has an application that you can install locally on your computer. However, for continuous monitoring (since you can't keep your computer on all the time) you either pay for a subscription (cloud service) or install it (Ubiquity Network Controller) on a raspberry pi on your network (the best solution). It requires power via PoE. I placed it in the hallway of the house (94sqm) and it works flawlessly everywhere. For years I struggled with some TP Link powerlines. As soon as I upgraded from 100mbps to 1gbps, I went straight to Ubiquity. Without a second thought since in the past I also had a router from the same company.

I combine it with UDR in a 87m2 house. Given the VDSL 100/10, I have no issues at all. I use it with Wireless Meshing.

Of course, I am looking to run cabling in the house to the rooms. This will be specifically for one AP in each room. This way, I will be able to effortlessly support speeds of up to 1Gbit on the internet in the future.

In general, it is preferable to have smaller ones in each room rather than having two with greater range. Brick walls are a problem for 5 GHz and will have many losses.

The entire Unifi Universe is top-notch. I started with an installation at my workplace and now I am adopting it at home as well.

If you want to mount it on a wall, do not choose to mount it vertically, but get one https://www.skroutz.gr/s/40870112/Ubiquiti-Stirixi-Keraias-Access-Point-Lite-Arm-Mount-UACC-Lite-AP-AM.html

Its performance is better this way.

I have the UDR and I got the U6+ as an Access Point to cover the whole house. I have it with UDP Cat6 on the PoE ports of the UDR. It works steadily without any problems, you just forget about it. Never restart. The Meshing with the UDR is excellent, you don't even realize when it switches from one to the other. Now in terms of capabilities, it has many. I like the Band Steering feature where it prefers the 5GHz WiFi. It also has excellent range, I have it set to Medium power because it fully covers me with the UDR. I would set it to Low, but it does not support Band Steering on Low.
