we got it so we wouldn't have to chase omelettes around the plates when flipping them... now we're chasing the lid because it keeps coming off its place...

it doesn't cook without oil... and even with oil it still has its issues...

Excellent for as long as it has been tested. You make amazing omelets, which allows them to rise, and of course the double pan makes flipping very easy no matter how many ingredients you have put in. It cleans and washes easily. We have yet to see how long its non-stick surface, which is excellent, will last.

I have been using it for about 10 days, on a daily basis, exclusively for omelets. The result is amazing. Fluffy and well-cooked omelets without having to do acrobatics to flip it since with one motion it turns. During the flip, the omelet keeps its shape and has not fallen apart even once. The use of the omelet maker is on a ceramic stove. After use, I leave it aside for 3-5 minutes to let the temperature drop, without pouring water and stressing the thin aluminum body and the coating. Once the temperature drops, if I don't put it in the dishwasher, I wash it naturally with the soft side of the sponge and never with the rough side. From the very beginning, I preferred to drop a few drops of oil, just in case. So far, this product gets an excellent rating from me overall. I haven't tried it with other foods yet. However, I believe that with the right care it will last for a long time. Time will tell...

One handle already got weak after few months, but I'm using it a lot, and not only for the omelettes, so it's probably ok.

It looks good although all Teflon requires great attention to temperatures as they can get damaged. It is quite thin and does not retain heat immediately.

It's worth every €! The best! Initially, you can cook everything, not just omelettes, but in the omelette there is none!!! The omelette with this pan, whether you add milk or not, comes out fluffy and thick!

YOU CAN MAKE EVERYTHING WITHOUT OIL ...... !!! Just be careful with the temperatures ... not too high and that's logical I think !! The food almost never sticks and it has proven to be a better non-stick than more expensive ones we have bought. It is a guarantee especially for its cost! The truth is that it requires a little attention in omelets but it grills burgers, salmon, chicken, and whatever else we put in it perfectly without any oil

The content must be completely dry because with flipping, the juices run. Also, even though I was very careful in cleaning to not scratch it, on the 3rd or 4th time, the omelette sticks in some areas

I have had it for several months and I have been satisfied. It needs a little oil with the brush to avoid sticking.

We inaugurated it yesterday with excellent results. The omelette for photography came out like a fluffy little pie. I was pleasantly surprised by the relatively heavy bottom for an aluminum pan and the final finishing. It was purchased only for omelettes, so it will receive the corresponding attention in order not to break quickly, according to the manufacturer's instructions. Time will tell about its durability. For now, it's a perfect choice.

I bought 2 omelette pans.. but unfortunately one of them had scratches on the non-stick coating inside the base... little marks and scratches.... it's disappointing.... because as a product it has good features.

The pan is good and makes good omelettes, but where it was fine and didn't stick, after a while it started to stick slightly and when a solution was found, I take out the second pan, I loosen the omelette from the edge with a silicone spatula, close the lid, and then flip it. The way I make it with mushrooms, peppers, ham, and a little bit of special cheese, it's not meant to go bad and be thrown away!

At first, it was quite good, the omelette didn't stick at all. After a few washes and cooking sessions, one of the two pans sticks quite a bit. However, it is useful that it closes and you can easily and safely flip the omelette.

+1 star out of 5. In the end, if you use minimal olive oil and just grease the bottoms with a paper towel, the omelette hardly sticks at all.
