Return Policy

• In the case of defective GIGALED input material or an error in the order, immediate replacement will be made and shipping will be free.
• For any other case, shipping costs must be paid.

Products must be in good condition, have intact packaging, and must not be used. Any defective resale products can be returned under the terms of the return policy of the respective company.

GIGALED is not responsible for any changes in material information and technical specifications of resale products unless officially notified by its representatives. For any changes that may occur, the representatives of the respective companies bear exclusive responsibility.
