Returns are accepted:

• A) In the case of defective materials imported by GIGALED or errors made by GIGALED in the order, an immediate replacement is provided and shipping costs are free.
• B) In any other case, you will have to pay for the shipping costs.

Return policy terms:

Products must be in good condition, come with intact packaging, and must not be used.

Any defective resale products can be returned under the return policy of the respective company.
