An exceptional Malagouzia with absolute emphasis on the high quality of the grapes, low yield per hectare, mild natural winemaking, and zero interventions in the wine.

It is organically cultivated without irrigation on sandy-clayey soils with good drainage in Nea Raidestos, Thessaloniki.

Pre-fermentation cold extraction. Controlled alcoholic fermentation and then 90% of the wine matures in American oak barrels for 1.5 months. The remaining 10% matures with its fine lees, giving volume, structure, and complexity to the whole wine, with great aging potential.
