    Water-based disappointment, just tried it on one nail and it's dull. No resemblance to neon color. This company is ultimately rubbish. Third product and still a disaster! Four euros wasted and that's not all... generally, most companies are a joke. I ruined my beautiful fuchsia nails with polish from the supermarket!!!! which doesn't even need a top coat!!!! Such poor quality. And I see this fake neon color, two coats of course, and it's still dull!!! If you want a nice pink, yes it is. But it's not a NEON color, they are liars!
