USAGE:

• For body massage: Add 6 drops to 2 teaspoons of avocado or almond oil, or 20-25 drops to 50ml of avocado or almond oil.
• For a relaxing bath: Add 4-8 drops to milk or honey and mix it with water. Relax for 10-15 minutes in the scented water.
• For room scenting: Put a few drops in an essential oil burner, adding water to the surface and a tealight candle in the base.
• For compresses: Add 3-6 drops to 100ml of warm or cold water, depending on the case. Shake the water with the oil and quickly soak a piece of sterilized gauze. Squeeze and apply it to the area that needs treatment.
• Combination suggestions: Lavender essential oil can be combined with peppermint, pine, cypress, and geranium essential oils. For body use, use almond or avocado oil as a base.
