Excellent vitamin C serum! No silicones inside, nothing at all. I think I found the serum I wanted. The packaging needs to be kept in the fridge permanently. It is completely fluid (watery consistency) and the only time I feel a smell of "nicotine" is when I apply it, but it might be just my imagination. No smell after application. Since it is like water, you need to apply it quickly but it's not difficult at all. I started with C 13 to see if it would cause any irritations, but I had no problems at all and now I also bought C 23, but I haven't tried it yet. I don't think I will change it, but I don't know if I will stick with C13 or C23.
