One of my worst purchases. From the very first uses, the whisk started coming off. Impossible to make cold frothed milk. In no way is it a "Barista" product as the company claims on the product. Waste of money, I wonder how they dare to release such extremely poor quality products on the market.

The only good thing is its appearance. Not functional at all. When it works, it shakes a lot and its mixer doesn't just spin but also moves in a circle, causing the whole device to shake, resulting in my hand going numb after 5 seconds. Basically, I threw away about 13€, since the store refused to exchange the defective product and told me to contact the manufacturer.

Useless. The mixer detached after very gentle use. I glued it, it detached again, that's it. For the trash

After one week of use, the whisk detached from the rest of the machine. And I'm not doing anything crazy, just making a frappe.

Unfortunately, this product disappointed me.
I bought the product because I trusted the brand and liked its appearance. I thought I made a good choice for the simple use I wanted (to froth espresso).
Unfortunately, within the first month, the frother came off (it should be noted that I obviously wasn't hitting it against the sides of the cup).
I didn't bother with the warranty and thought it was just defective, so I went and bought the same product again.
Unfortunately, the second one betrayed me as it broke in the first six months.
I do not recommend it under any circumstances

Just fine for amateur use. Sturdy and beautiful.
Now if some want it for professional use and it breaks, I don't know. I've had it for over 1 year without problems.

Powerful motor with ergonomic handle, generally quality construction, but at the back it is oval, resulting in it not standing upright on the counter. This is a big minus for me.

I have bought this product several times and now it seems less powerful than before.
I can't make much foam when I make frappé coffee.
Does the product still have a power of 30W?

After quite some time, the mixer gets a bit stuck. But overall, it is a powerful device and mixes frappe and other similar types perfectly! Very good for its price!

I will not agree with the reviews because after a personal experience on a ship for a period of 10 months and more than 6 coffees a day, it did not make a sound; it may still work in the hands of others

I was expecting a new, more wavy shape of the propeller. This is the classic one they had and all the old ones, so poor result

Satisfied with the use of it even though I haven't had it for long. Strong intensity, ideal for dressing and smoothies. Will come back after using it for a while!

It is a powerful little motor, with moderate noise. Very good for a year, until the edge of the mixer broke...

Super effective in scratching with the slightest touch all the utensils in which we have used it, even the metallic ones. (See photo)
Otherwise, it doesn't make a good cappuccino or frappe. Barista? lol

For garbage. First week and the stick came off because it touched the glass wall. This happens with all milk frothers but they usually last for a few years. Also, even if the stick didn't come off, the button would break, it has a deep sinking with a lot of play, it wouldn't last long.

While it looks good aesthetically, the turning tip broke off during the first uses... Now we are in the process of returning it, to see how the second one will go. Its use is solely for coffee.

Strong and silent with nice construction material and ergonomic handle.

I have it for a year and sometimes it stops spinning, and the worst part is that now it has to touch the bottom of the glass because the mixer comes out of its position. Also, once I was in a store and a lady returned the same mixer as defective. I will not buy it again.
31/12/22 I put some glue and now at least the mixer doesn't come out of its position... we'll see how long it will last...

It broke down after two years and two months, which is beyond the warranty period.
When the mixer starts and operates, it shakes like crazy and cannot make coffee or froth milk... It's ready to be thrown away

Very beautiful design and practical texture of construction. It is worth its money, especially for houses intended for rent and in need of equipment.

The mixer broke with the first coffee, it was shaking as if it was dancing lambada, luckily we will return it because we couldn't make a single coffee and we will get our money back

All good with the tool... The only issue it has, which I must admit is quite annoying, is that the mixer often detaches from the rotating axis (usually when it touches the bottom of the glass), so I have to manually reattach it and make sure it is in the middle of the glass, without touching the walls and bottom as much as possible. Other than that, I have no complaints, the motor is quite powerful.

It's great, very good. I once had one from the old dia supermarket, it lasted me about a decade and this one looks just as good.

I bought it for 6 euros on sale.... It only works for frappé and even that takes time. It doesn't work at all for frothy milk. It's okay for frappé, but that's about it.

The best thing I have ever tried. Now, with my eyes closed, I go for this specific product. I believe it is perfect for freddo espresso.

Quality construction does not impress, the motor is powerful but I see the shaft that stirs to remain in my hands.
