    Semi-dry to dry! Moschofilero 100% with great and intense acidity that I did not like at all as with every sip saliva was running from the excessive acidity! Salty and mineral! It left a sensation of rose and lemon. Strange for my tastes but some others in my group liked it quite a bit! It definitely needs to be paired with food
