Strangely sweet taste. Like cough syrup. It does the job when combined with the creatine combo.

The price is incredibly good obviously for 4kg protein and 500g creatine but...
It's the first time the solubility bothers me... no matter how much you shake it, there will be lumps. Which, with this particular flavor, white chocolate & strawberry (because in this package I only see these kinds of strawberry flavors left...), is not "ok"...
Taste... buttermilk with strawberry... quite sweet, quite sour at the same time, 0 white chocolate, and a strange milky aftertaste.
If you add other things into the drink, it's undrinkable, and if you put it in yogurt, it leaves a disgustingly bitter aftertaste.
The creatine is ok but I often find some "grains" inside, crystallized... like biting sand... which raises questions.
2 stars purely for price/quantity but I definitely won't choose it again and it's very likely I won't even finish the first 2kg box

The protein is fine, complete... The absolute balance of quality and price in my opinion.. I will hardly change. The creatine is somewhat "flat". It doesn't give me much energy like usual, very little "puffiness".. and I think it also takes longer to "fill up". In short, I do what I did, eat what I used to eat, with other brands I had better results :)

VFM protein.. I have tried several more expensive ones, this one stands out... it dissolves easily and doesn't bloat you.. I have been using it for about 3 months now.. as for the flavor, I have only tried chocolate hazelnut and it is fantastic...

It is very tasty, I have been using it for quite some time, admittedly maybe more than I should in terms of quantities, and I still have progress in my muscle tone, so it is a functional protein substitute and not "inferior quality"!
