It dissolves easily in water. About 250 ml of water is enough for the two scoops I use. It has a nice taste and is easy to drink without noticing any powder. Also, the price is quite reasonable.

It is a good change for someone who has been taking the regular (unflavored) one for a long time and wants something new. The taste is a bit artificial but it didn't bother me. Also, a small tip: don't waste your money on expensive creatines, they all have exactly the same effect and do exactly the same job.

Personally, I put it in my yogurt for breakfast, and it becomes like eating yogurt with strawberry flavor. Fantastic!

I didn't notice any difference in my muscle strength and the only thing I found when I drank it was that it was overly sweet... like syrup...

Creatine logically will do what it promises, giving you 5g of creatine monohydrate in each dose. Now, in terms of taste, I got the neutral one and it really is neutral, it's like drinking water! The only negative thing is that it doesn't dissolve completely, there's a little bit left in the glass, but you just add a little bit of water and drink it, no hassle at all! The previous one I had dissolved completely, I imagine with micronized creatine you would achieve such dissolution. But in terms of price, it's top-notch, that's why I chose it and it does the same job as all the others.

I take it for a short period of time so I don't know if it does the same job as creatines from other companies.. However, I have noticed that it dissolves very easily and has a pleasant taste. I think the price in relation to the quantity is excellent. Now, if I maintain the same swelling for a long time as it happens with the others, then it will be a worthwhile purchase and I will buy it again.

A simple creatine that does what it promises. The blueberry flavor has a strong pleasant smell, and the taste is quite satisfying; at 200ml - 1 scoop, it is perfectly balanced without being overly sweet. As for solubility, it dissolves easily in cold water without even needing a spoon. For the €26 I bought it for, and with the increased prices, I recommend it.
