The Bosch oven pan withstands high temperatures developed inside the oven. It is placed on the rails that your oven has, allowing you to insert and remove the pan with particular ease. It is made of aluminum, a material that makes it lightweight, particularly resistant to rust, and very quick to heat up. It does not have a non-stick coating, so a considerable amount of oil is needed during baking to prevent food from sticking.
