Excellent product, although it is sold much cheaper abroad. It does what it promises quite well. Of course, we are talking about a laser of only 5W, but for simple engravings on wood, leather, etc., it does a very good job and has enough precision. I additionally supported it on the legs with scratch to prevent it from moving due to vibrations. I use it with the Lightburn software and not the free one due to its capabilities.

I got it to print labels and fronts on boards, and it does its job excellently.
The free program that comes with it is not the best, but the surprise would be the opposite so I do not consider it as something negative since everyone can use what suits them.
By speeds, it is not related to the lasers used by printing professionals (logical since they have different power and can operate with minimal passes or even just one), but if someone wants a CNC for occasional use, it will do the job
