It is already pre-seasoned, meaning it has been coated with vegetable oil that creates the appropriate non-stick film to prevent food from sticking. It is ideal for outdoor use (BBQ, open fire) as well as for professional use!

Cast iron cookware has an exceptional ability to retain the heat of the food during cooking. Additionally, cooking in cast iron cookware is generally much healthier, as it does not contain artificial chemical compounds like Teflon.

This skillet is much larger than typical cooktop sizes (the bottom has a diameter of 43 cm). Make sure the size is suitable for you before ordering. Note: Measure your cooktops carefully to ensure they fit the diameter of the skillet you want.
