This is an Organic Retsina made from 100% Savatiano, named after Asteroid 2303, which was discovered in 1979 by the Astronomer Paul Wild, a lover of the Peloponnese and Retsina.

Classic method of white winemaking, with controlled fermentation at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks, with the addition of selected resin. Aging in oak barrels of 300Lt for up to 6 months. Total aging duration in the bottle before release up to 6 months.
