The Fiat 508CM is an Italian light military utility vehicle from the interwar period and World War II. The vehicle's weight was 890 kilograms, with a length of 3.615 meters and a width of 1.5 meters. Its height with the roof unfolded was 1.9 meters.
Propulsion was provided by a single-cylinder, 4-cylinder Fiat 108 engine with power up to 30 HP, while the maximum speed was 95 km/h. The vehicle was developed based on the civilian car Fiat 508, with military versions such as the C and CM being developed in the period 1937-1939.
The CM version differed from the civilian version mainly with its altered body shape and reinforced suspension, while propulsion was also provided by an engine with higher maximum power.
The CM version was presented in 1938 and went into mass production shortly afterward, continuing until the end of the war.
