The 1950s marked the birth of rock 'n' roll. The Antiquity pickups reproduce the tone and style of that era.

Each Antiquity pickup is 100% handcrafted in Santa Barbara, America, using the same materials and production techniques from that time. Each pickup is hand-wound using a "scatter winder" machine to ensure the shape and winding of the coil are authentic.

No modern machine can replicate the winding design of the old ones. The coils are "aged" carefully and filled with extremely fine dust particles. The Alnico II pickups are demagnetized to the exact degree needed.

The wire of the coil and the insulation go through a "treatment" process to achieve the natural aging that time and use provide. All of these processes are done to reproduce the unique vintage tone of the old pickups in a way that no mass production process can match.
