Tight Regular Loose
I am 1.90 and 100 kilos. The torso fits fine, the sleeves are a bit short, but I also have a large arm span. It is warm, I wear it when I go out to walk for 2 hours outside, in the cold. Size 3XL

It has no insulating/thermal properties. It is just a warm sweater. It does not cover me on the motorcycle.
