Mouth Guard Molding Instructions:

• Bring a small pot of water to a boil. Have a separate container with cold water, deep enough to submerge the mouth guard.
• Place the mouth guard in the water for 20-30 seconds. Remove it and dip it in cold water for 1 second.
• Immediately place the mouth guard around your upper teeth. Insert from the back molar and bring it to the front.
• Immediately secure it by pressing the tongue against the back of the upper teeth and pressing it with the thumbs on the upper teeth.
• Leave it in the mouth for about 30 seconds, bite it gently, and suck out all the air and water until it's dry.
