The packaging was crumpled and almost torn, fortunately the item was OK. Nevertheless, Unacceptable.

The build quality could be a bit better for this price. The kettle from Sklavenitis at 15 euros is clearly better made

Unacceptable product. Within two months, the plastic melted, as shown in the photo, and the water leaked. Fortunately, we avoided a short circuit, thanks to the residual current device. At least the response from the dealership was exemplary. After an inspection by the authorized service center, a replacement amount was issued

Amazing kettle with very good performance and most importantly its insulation that protects you. Especially in a kitchen where there are small children, a very good choice

Very good. With moderate use, for 4 months now, no problems.
I would recommend looking at devices with temperature control (you don't always want water at 100°C)

Very fast and makes a little noise but the three stars are because no matter what you do when you go to empty water from the jug it always drips outside, it has a bad design at the spout.

Nice, fast, very satisfactory amount of water. No issues with leaks during use (as I read in comments), if you don't turn it upside down vertically it has a good flow and the steam is not bothersome. VFM, we'll see if it holds up over time. A similar IZZY lasted us 7 years with babies and heavy use, so there is a demand for durability.

The kettle is excellent in many ways but has a major drawback that ruins everything.
Initially, the positives
1) Nice appearance
2) Keeps the water warm for several hours afterwards
3) It is stainless steel on the inside

Drawbacks
1) The mechanism that connects the kettle to the base breaks, and thus it doesn’t work. It broke very quickly (in less than 1 year with daily use).
Unfortunately, it has some little parts that bend and do not touch the base metals properly. Even if you straighten them, over time it worsens, resulting in it not working again. The crooked connection is very easy.

I have an electric pot that has been functional for years, and the connection system underneath is very different with balls that cannot bend or connect incorrectly and break.
It’s a shame such a nice kettle has such a defective mechanism.

Very good kettle. It catches scale normally (as much as a kettle does) I didn't see any difference with my old one. Its interior is all stainless steel unlike some that are stainless steel only on the bottom of the kettle and the surrounding is plastic.

Flawless and fast. I was never bothered if it makes noise or not.
I have had it for several months and it has not caught any limescale because the water in my area is good. That is also the only reason a kettle can catch limescale.

When the water boils, steam comes out from the entire lid and there is a danger if you don't hold it low on the handle. However, for the money, it is good

I have had it for several months - unfortunately, it has a very serious drawback: when you pour the liquid, hot air leaks from the lid and causes serious burns. Avoid it.
