The inSPORTline RK180 Pull-Up Bar with Pulleys brings a complete pulley system to your home. It features 3 pairs of handles and two pulleys that allow you to exercise with weight plates, which are attached to the pulleys with adapters for standard and Olympic weights. The pull-up bar is mounted on the wall with four solid screws and has a weight limit of up to 150 kg. A steel cable with carabiners at both ends runs through the pulleys. Included are resistance bands with handles that you can attach to the two rings on the frame.
