The accompanying app never helped me set the dpi (thus accuracy) of the mouse to the level I expected when I bought it. Not to mention that it only "sees" the mouse when it is connected to the computer via a wired connection! Generally, the accuracy of this particular mouse proved to be the same or worse than any other common mouse. For some reason, the wired connection to the KVM's USB refuses to work. When I connect it wirelessly, the mouse movement is so slow that even at the maximum relative setting in Windows, the movement is still minimal! Nevertheless, I tolerated it for just over 1 year of use in an office environment. In that year, without any mistreatment, one day the scroll wheel broke, and now I can't scroll up and down pages with the wheel. Truly a useless piece of junk and wasted money for me! I'm writing this review, taking it out, and going straight to recycle it. As a backup, I would prefer to keep a cheap mouse I once got from Jumbo!
